On Saturday August 27th the Delaware Valley was expecting a rain storm to remember. Hurricane Irene came up the coast and hit the Delaware County Area hard. As the rain was dropping the Darby Creek once again started to spill over the banks and start some major flooding for the Darby Borough Area. Station 04 was staffed with about 24 for the storm which brought in about 32 Calls for the duration. Everyone worked together between the Fire, EMS and Police. Thank You to all the members who spent time volunteering during the storm.
